By accessing and using PayPerks GY ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PayPerks GY is a rewards platform that incentivizes digital payment usage through merchant offers and points. Users can earn rewards by making purchases with debit cards at participating merchants and redeeming offers through QR codes or receipt uploads.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Merchant Accounts

Merchants must apply for approval before creating offers. PayPerks GY reserves the right to approve or reject merchant applications at our discretion. Merchants are responsible for honoring all published offers.

5. Points and Rewards

Points earned through the platform have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. PayPerks GY reserves the right to modify the points system at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, create multiple accounts, manipulate the rewards system, or violate any applicable laws while using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

PayPerks GY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
